Quick, Easy & Delicioussss

I am sure you realize I love to eat if you saw my profile pic :) I want to share with y'all one of my fav recipes that is easy and delicious.

2 lbs of pealed or unpealed large shrimp (I like it unpealed)
5-6 large bunches of green onions
couple of table spoons of good Olive Oil
1 cup of "good" white wine (if you cant drink it, dont cook with it)
minced garlic ( for those who like garlic)
salt
pepper
crushed red peppers ( use your own judgement how much heat you want)
oregeno
thyme
your favorite hot sauce

Put olive oil in a hot, deep pan (wok is great for this dish)
add garlic
add all the chopped green onions ( not just the white parts but chop all the green side too)
Mix it for a minute or 2
add rest of the spices, hot sauce and wine, simmer for a minute or 2
add all the shrimp on top and cover

Shrimp will be ready as soon as it turns pink.

Toss the whole dish in the pan and serve it in a deep serving dish.

Make sure you have couple of fresh baugettes to dunk in the sauce. Great for a casual sunday afternoon.
