Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich clung defiantly to power Wednesday, ignoring a call to step down from President-elect Barack Obama and a warning that Senate Democrats will not let him appoint a new senator from the state.
How big does a person's ego have to be to fight this one?
He has two good excuses that are keeping him from stepping down:
1. Paycheck
2. Legal fees
