Hi Moms,Just wanted to let you know that Mommy Bootcamp's Outdoor Extreme class will be starting on Monday May 4th. Classes are held on Monday & Wednesday mornings from 6:00-6:50am in Ashburn. This workout is great for working women or moms that want to get their workout in before the kids get up and daddy heads off to work.
