- Hi, thanks for the comment on my personal page about the Bikram Yoga. Yes, I believe we had the same instructor. Very nice...VERY intense...which is fine I can handle intense but - I started to get ill when I put my head all the back so sat through that stretching set and then finished the rest. It was not a good feeling to start to feel ill in the room that hot. I think I did not eat late enough, and probably not hydrated enough. Later, while sitting some of the regulars told my 18 yr old daughter that I took with me, that the room was upwards of 120 degrees...and it should not be that hot....that made me rather ill. I can say however that I just loved the stretched feeling, I just do not know that if having cluster migraines if that setting is for me. Take care!
