No kidding!
I took this class following my Zone II, 45 minutes of fat burning cardio treadmill (yawn) session. While I was stretching, I noticed a flock of women lining up in front of the Step Class that was ending. Totally intrigued, I had to see just how many women would line up 15 minutes before a class. A lot! They kept coming. So I moved closer to them, and one particular woman was so eager to tell all the newbies how great this class was. I got closer. Another woman was striking poses for her other friends while another one was literally getting ready like a real boxer before a match. Bopping side to side, dropping into really deep side lunges. I got closer. Next thing I know, I am under the loudest speaker selecting my hand weights. You wear these little Prince gloves and use a body bar. The class was packed!
They don't waste one minute. The action starts at second 1. I was wearing a heart rate monitor and noted that almost the whole time my heart rate was above 179. Isn't that cardiac arrest? I sweated. Kicked. Punched. Bit. Ok, I didn't bite. I thought I could though. I never in my entire life felt like giggling through a set of exercises. I was in euphoria. During some sets, I felt goose bumps on my body and this overwhelming feeling of accomplishment. This class rocks.

I have to warn you: my knees hurt. My muscles are already sore. My back turns out, has muscles in places I didn't know I had places. I am in awe! Congratulations Everlast for putting together this program. I am going back to the next class.
